The committee of 2004 Global Mobile Congress invites all organizations that use or deliver wireless mobile communication services (or develop products) in China to nominate those institutions, service deliverers, manufacturers and individuals who have contributed most notably to the evolution of the China wireless mobile industry. Each nomination will be considered by the congress jury of many well-known experts and executives on the basis of perceived merit, innovation and other customer appeal. Entries are due by May 1, 2004.
