GMC'2004 Authors
From: Technical Program Committee
Subject: Guidelines for paper publication and electronic manuscript
Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper for GMC'2004 - the world's
authoritative R&D summit on B3G and 4G mobile communications!
Please note that all relevant materials are to be returned by E-mail and
FAX only. Please take a moment to
look over the self explanatory material in this author kit. While most of the instructions
are routine, do look carefully at the deadlines and especially note that the paper size is
Letter (216 x 279,4 mm). For non-letter paper instructions, please look carefully at the
Instruction file. The proceedings will be produced under
contract and the relevant instructions are detailed on this
document
A1. The PDF file of your six-page two column, one side camera-ready paper must
be sent by e-mail to gmc@b3g.org.
If possible, we encourage you to send second file copy in MS Word format
in case of any problem in opening and printing the PDF file. All
forms including Copyright form and Registration form must be signed and
returned by fax to: 1-603-590-0637 (usa) or by postal mail.
Please include your new accepted paper number (available on the
Advanced Program page) on ALL
documents' naming (for example, 100.pdf and 100.doc). Questions on the preparation of your paper may be submitted to
steve@delson.org . Note that, unfortunately, we cannot
accept your paper via postal mail this year.
Please note that at least one author of the paper must register when sending
the final version of the paper. For authors with multiple-accepted papers,
one registration can only cover maximum two papers in order to have the paper published in the conference
proceedings. We strongly request one registration is for one paper only. No paper will be published without a
Conference
Copyright Form filled and signed. Thank you
for your efforts and contributions. We look forward to a very successful
and enjoyable meeting in Shanghai - the global hub of 4G/B3G R&D.
