Registration

Please do not send your registration form (pay by credit card) more than one time. If you send it by fax, do not send again by mail. Otherwise you may be charged more times, and need to pay $30 service charge to get credit back (return).

The early registration discount was already due on April 15th. Any registration after April 15th MUST use the later rate, otherwise your registration will not be acceptable.

Please provide IEEE member's number to get the IEEE rate. Any false registration is subject to possible penalty.

• We prefer Check or Money Order (U.S. Dollars only) payment. Please try your best to pay by check or order first.
• Due to credit card monthly volume limit by our financial institute, we may charge your card after the event. To avoid this inconvenience, please try to pay by check or order.
