Mission Statement

The "Mission 2020" R&D Plan will bring together the world-class experts and executives from leading industries, authorities and institutions to define the future wireless and mobile technologies, set the industrial standards and business strategies, as well as advise the governments in optimizing and improving the ICT regulations towards the vision 2020. The mission is also responsible, with strong supports from investors, to deliver the next generation wireless and mobile communication systems and networks to meet the emerging communication needs of the future lifestyle beyond year 2020.
