 ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Final Paper Submission Deadline: February 29, 2008
Your accepted paper No. is listed in the Technical Paper page

General Final Submission Guidelines

To:         WWC'2008 Authors
From:     Conference Technical Committee

Subject: Guidelines for paper publication and electronic manuscript

Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper for WWC'2008 - the world's authoritative and prominent R&D summit on B3G and 4G mobile communications!

Please note that all relevant materials are to be returned by E-mail and FAX only. Please take a moment to look over the self explanatory material in this author kit. While most of the instructions are routine, do look carefully at the deadlines and especially note that the paper size is Letter (216 x 279,4 mm). For non-letter paper instructions, please look carefully at the Instruction file. The proceedings will be produced under contract and the relevant instructions are detailed on this document A1. Both PDF file and Word file of your six-page two column, one side  camera-ready paper must be sent by e-mail to wwc<at>delson.org. Starting from this year, we require you to send second file copy in MS Word format due to increasing problems in opening and printing the PDF files from different authors. All forms including Copyright form and Registration form must be signed and returned by fax to: +1-408-228-1935 or by postal mail.  Please include your new accepted paper number (available on the Accepted Technical Papers page) on ALL documents' naming (for example, 100.pdf and 100.doc). Questions on the preparation of your paper may be submitted to steve<at>delson.org. Note that, unfortunately, we cannot accept your paper via postal mail this year.

Please note that at least one author of each paper must register when sending the final version of the paper. One registration covers one paper only.  For authors with multiple-accepted papers, second registration (with special discount for co-author) is required in order to have the paper published in the conference proceedings. No paper will be published without a Conference Copyright Form filled and signed. Thank you for your efforts and contributions. We look forward to a very successful and enjoyable meeting in San Francisco Bay Area of United States.

If by postal mail, please use the WWC'08 office address: P.O. Box 2796, Saratoga, CA 95070, USA.

For CD-ROM proceedings, we need an Adobe PDF file with all fonts embedded, no security applied, and in the US Letter size. It is your responsibility to make sure your PDF file is readable and usable. If you provide other formats, please use common fonts for easy conversion to PDF file. We may cancel your paper if there is any problem in the file processing. Starting from this year, you are also required to send the MS Word file due to increasing problems in opening and printing the PDF files from different authors. For any question, please contact steve<at>delson.org.

For authors from China, Japan and Korea, etc, please make sure your language fonts changed to English only when converting to PDF file. The publisher has frequent problems in dealing with PDF papers from these regions.

In case of any further questions in sending your final paper to WWC'06, please contact steve<at>delson.org or susan<at>cwc.us.
